Welcome to my website! I'm Mariana, a service designer and researcher passionate about addressing complex needs and creating holistic solutions in healthcare, social services, and public sector systems. I specialize in human-centered design to drive systemic change.
My career began in graphic design, but I soon realized the importance of understanding people's needs before designing for them. This led me to study Design + Technology at Parsons, where I conducted my first stakeholder interviews and discovered my love for service design. Since then, I've worked in government consulting at Deloitte, supporting Federal and State projects to better align complex systems with the needs of the people they serve.
