I specialize in service design to drive systemic change.
With a focus on healthcare, social services, and the public sector, I’m passionate about addressing complex challenges and crafting holistic, human-centered solutions that span across organizations and communities.
My career began in graphic design, where I quickly recognized the value of understanding people's needs before designing for them. This insight led me to Parsons, where I studied Design + Technology and gained hands-on experience researching and prototyping a mental health tracker for pediatric cancer patients.
After graduating at the top of my class in 2021, I joined Deloitte as a government service design and research consultant. There, I support cross-disciplinary Federal and State projects, helping align complex systems more closely with the people they serve.
